A brief description:
Tool to the graphic presentation of sequences alignment. Users must choose the type of input data: raw sequences or GenBank ID used to the calculation. Output values are: sequences length [bp], coverage [%], average identity [%], fragmental identity [%], alignment, score and dot plot.
